• Carriage House with kitchenette access

• Tables with tablecloths and chairs for up to 60 guests eating indoors

• Tables and chairs for up to 50 guests eating on outdoor patio

• Outdoor grounds for photos or other approved set ups

• Hours can be added to event time package at $350/hr.

• Ceremony folding chairs may be added for $4 ea.

• 2hr photo-access-only to mansion +$1000 flat fee
  
  

  All vendors/catering/own decorating must be coordinated within the rental timeframe window. Decorating the day before may be an option (at the Rehearsal Rental rate), must ask to book that timeslot. Table place settings, ceremony outdoor seating, extra tables and/or table decor, rolling bars, etc. is available at additional cost.

(*Access only; no food/drink; no set up, unless approved; no more than 30 people)

PHOTOSHOOT / MEDIA RENTALS:

$150/hr.
(This includes access to Carriage House and outdoor grounds only. Additional fee of $50/hr. if over 15 people.)
