EVENT RENTAL PACKAGES (100 Max. Capacity)
Includes:
Carriage House with kitchenette access
Tables with tablecloths and chairs for up to 60 guests eating indoors
Tables and chairs for up to 50 guests eating on outdoor patio
Outdoor grounds for photos or other approved set ups
5 HR RENTAL $2000
8 HR RENTAL $3000
REHEARSAL RENTAL $200/hr.*
(*Access only; no food/drink, no set up)
All vendors/catering/own decorating must be coordinated within the rental timeframe window. Table place settings, ceremony outdoor seating, extra tables and/or table decor is available at additional cost.
PHOTOSHOOT / MEDIA RENTALS:
2 HR. MINIMUM TIMEFRAME $275
(Additional hours are $150 ea. This includes access to Carriage House and outdoor grounds only. <20 people)
