Tickets are valid only for day and time noted and should be purchased at least 24 hours in advance.

To increase enjoyment and ensure the safety of guests, no more than eight people will be allowed per tour unless pre-approved.

Tickets are non-refundable except in situations noted above.

We will be closing for 2025 after the last tour on Saturday, December 20th. Joyeux Noël et bonne année to you all from the Chatillon-DeMenil families.

We will be closed for tours during January and February, 2026, and will reopen on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026.
